Thermopolymer of Ethylene-Propylene-Diene (EPDM)

EPDM can be vulcanized by peroxides and sulphur to perform different propertities.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE of EPDM

High resistance to many corrosive chemical products.
Resistant to most inorganic chemical products.
Highly resistant to mineral acids, detergents, phosphoric ethers, ketones, alcohols as well as to low molecular weight glycols.
Good performance in the presence of hot water or high pressurised steam.

PROPERTIES of EPDM

Excellent resistance to ageing, ozone, ultraviolet light, and practically unalterable by weather.
Excellent electrical properties and radiation stability.
