Plastic products refers broadly to items made from synthetic (or semi-synthetic) polymer materials (plastics) that can be molded or shaped when heated (for thermoplastics) or cured (for thermosets).
The methods we use for producing plastic products include:
- Injection Molding: Molten plastic injected into a mold to create complex shapes—very common for industrial parts and components.
- Machine processing
- Extrusion: Plastic melted and forced through a die to form long, continuous shapes (pipes, profiles, sheets).
- Calendering sheets/films
- Additive manufacturing (3D printing)
